Obituary of Judith A. Daigneault

Judith Daigneault, 63, of Dayville, CT passed away surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with Ovarian Cancer on August 8, 2022 at Women’s and Infants Hospital in Providence, RI. She was born May 14, 1959 in Pittsfield, MA, daughter of the late Willard and Irene (Mulroy) Flynn. She was the wife of the late Mark Daigneault, he died May 28, 2009.

Judith went to South Burlington High School and Graduated from Champlain College in 1979. She worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Killingly Central School and considered her coworkers as a second family. Judith loved her family, friends and her Sunday Fundays. She was obsessed with her grandchildren and enjoyed cooking, sewing and was a huge New England Patriots fan. 

She leaves her significant other of 11 years Perry Tatro; her son Andrew Daigneault and his wife Nouk; her daughters Danielle DiRaimo and her husband Tom and Katie Gilbert and her husband Matthew; her grandchildren Kaisley Gilbert and Gianni DiRaimo; her sisters Joanne Wise and her husband Richard, Alison Dubuque and her husband Bill and Jenny Blades and her husband Tim;  Also several nieces, nephews and her grand dogs Asti and Remy. She was predeceased by a brother Billy Flynn. 

Calling Hours will be Sunday, August 14, 2022 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at Gagnon and Costello Funeral Home, 33 Reynolds Street Danielson, CT. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, August 15, 2022 at 11:00 AM at St. James Church, 12 Franklin Street, Danielson, CT. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery Danielson, CT. In lieu of flowers donation in her memory may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, PO Box 1000, Memphis, TN 38101-9908.
