Obituary of Yvonne Lorraine Macomber

Yvonne Lorraine (Mayer) Macomber, 95, of Putnam formerly of Thompson. Died Saturday, August 27, 2022 at her home with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of 68 years to the late Arthur Macomber, he died in 2015. She was born in Putnam, daughter of the late Leodore and Delores (Cloutier) Mayer.

She made her home in Thompson for many years, her hobbies included just about everything but she loved to tinker in her garden, sew, knit, trips to the casino, playing Bingo, cooking and going out to eat.

She leaves her children, Sheila Arnold and her husband Michael, Michael Macomber and his wife Sandra, Stacey Macomber and his wife Magdalena, Grandchildren, Jessica, Spencer (Claire), Michelle (Joseph), great grandchildren Jacob and Evelyn, step grandson Jonathan and many loving nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank Grace O. for the loving care she provided.

She was predeceased by siblings Raymond Mayer and Theresa Mayer McCann, grandchildren Catherine April and Robert Macomber, nephew Leodore Tarr. Services are Private.
