I had the pleasure of working with Victor when he directed a production of "Our Town" at my high school in which I played Editor Webb. We got to go see him perform in Boston at the Huntington in a performance of "The Game of Love and Chance." He was a fantastic mentor and I am sorry to learn of his passing.

Sending condolences to all his loved ones. I worked with Vic briefly at WHOC before he retired. I had just been hired full-time and he gave me the opportunity to co-lead a group with him. Vic made me feel welcome within his department and always made a point to highlight my strengths which was incredibly kind (though also not surprising with how warm of a person he is). He is the kind of person that you never forget, and the kind of counselor I want to be. He is and will always be missed.

Words cannot express how much I shall miss Vic. He was one of a kind, always a devoted companion and a gracious host. I shall always treasure the many wonderful gatherings at his home. Godspeed old friend.

I worked with Vic at the Worcester County House of Corrections. He and I would eat lunch together and talk about old films. He was always very good to me, very cheerful, and he showed me humanity’s potential for good. I was sad when Vic retired, though I was happy for him. I am sad now that he’s gone. There are too few men like him in the world and I will miss him.

Victor gave me the opportunity to share one of my most memorable characters opposite my daughter, Mary Elizabeth, in The Diary of Anne Franke. We both hold that experience deeply in our memory, as well as in our hearts. Working with Claire was an honor, and I will always be thankful to both Victor and Clair for all their support. May Victor rest in peace Amen

Vic was such a great friend and always made me laugh. He was always so happy and cheerful no matter the struggle. He loved Claire so much and I can only hope to have the love those two have for each other . They are meant for each other in so many ways. A couple made in heaven. I met Vic from my husband and he introduced me to the gaming world , the first ever miniature game I ever played in was his and it was so much fun and he was just so kind and happy to share his games with the world. I will never forget his jokes about us being Canadians and I will miss his stories he loved to tell about the good old days . God love him and may he rest easy … love you and you will forever be in my heart . Till we meet again my dear friend.

I’ve known Vic since the mid ‘80s. A great person to be around always cheerful even as his health deteriorated. I’ll miss him. Thinking of Claire in the sad times.

I worked with Victor at UMass Medical School, and live nearby, so occasionally I would see him at the crossroads near my house. He was a man of conviction with a strong moral compass who truly was called to his profession. I’m so sorry that he’s left you too soon. Sincere condolences.
