I am deeply saddened at the passing of another Hero in the Duval family! He is my Uncle Raymond and his wife Mataunte' Eileen and their family was always so very kind to me. They lived on the adjoining property next to us off Rte. 12.
My earliest memory was just when Uncle Raymond proposed to the beautiful Eileen. She was at Uncle Rays mom and dads home and we called them Pepe' and Memie' French for grandpa and grandma! Eileen was sitting in the parlor and showing us kids the most beautiful diamond solitaire ring I ever saw!!! She was radiant!
I remember them very fondly.
I went out to the west coast and married a man in 1982, We also had three sons!. Our second to last trip out there we did get to see a few of the families. Such a nice family. My dad Romeo and he were close. They teased each other always saw them smiling about something!
We will pray for peace and healing for all his family and coworkers, he will be missed! Good men always are!
