I remember when Dad took all of us women in the family(Mom Perry, Sara, Cecile and I) out for Mothers Day at Peters in Montville,Ct. It turned out to be my favorite restuarant after that.
Dad also was the vegetable peeler for the holiday dinner. He would sit at the counter peeling those turnips and carrots.
He and Mom would wear their Santa hats delivering presents to each of their kids house Christmas Morning.

Don was my neighbor for several years before moving to Maple Courts. I remember how he always came next door to talk to whom ever was working on my house. He threw out a few great ideas on what to do. I always waved to him when I'd see him outside as I drove by. He and his wife came over to my porch as I was hanging out a yellow ribbon on my front porch for a soldier very close to me. We talked for awhile about the Armed Forces and war. I will always remember the memories of Don as my neighbor, he was a good man, I will miss him.

I am so saddened to hear of your loss. Bereavement is so very painful. Even when we know the end is in sight it doesn't make things any easier. My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. Dear James is free from pain and discomfort now.
Love & best wishes to you all from Graham (a friend of Amanda Perry).
