Charlotte was one of those great "characters" of Woodstock that I remember so well growing up! She was such a great person, and yes, you always knew where you stood with her! I hadn't seen her in years, then recently saw her at Matualitis, and she lit right up at the sight of my infant daughter, and it made me feel good to think we might have made her day :)

She was a funny lady and was always fun at holidays when I was little. She always said what she meant and meant what she said, no beating around the bush! It didn't matter who you were or how old you were, she was who she was and if you didn't like it, it was your loss!

Charlotte lived at Roxbury Village in Woodstock near my Mom Rita DiVincenzo and that is where I got to meet her. What a lovely lady and she sure will be missed.
