Obituary of Adeline Cable

Adeline Cable, 85, formerly of Woodstock Valley, CT, died Tuesday at the Haven Health Care in Danielson. She was the wife of the late Howard Cable, he died in 1991. She was born July 26, 1922 in Simsbury, CT, daughter of the late Carl and Emma (Bradley) Andrus. She was employed at Line Master Switch in Woodstock for over 20 years. She was a gifted quilter and enjoyed making quilts. She leaves her children: David Cable of Pittston, PA; Nancy Lamontagne of Webster, MA; grandchildren: Judy Hunt and her husband Jim of Thompson; Steven Lamontagne of Oxford; Ronald Lamontagne of Quinebaug, CT; John Lamontagne of Dudley; Joseph Lamontagne of Webster, MA; and a great grandson. A memorial Service will be Saturday June 7th at 11:00 AM at the Tri State Baptist Church, 654 Quinebaug Rd, (Rte 131), Quinebaug, CT with the Rev. Ron Berard officiating.
