I have only fond memories of John from our days at MTS, I learned allot from John and will be forever grateful to him for his wisdom even though sometime it took him a long time to get it all out.
My sincere sympathy to Carole and family, I am sure you will all miss him terribly.

Alan & Olive Fletcher posted a condolence
Our hearts are saddened. We shall miss John. We shall miss his words of wisdom. We shall miss his smile. We shall miss his laughter.
John and Alan had a running disagreement - a disagreement voiced in smiles. He just could not grasp the fact that while Alan was born before him, he was the older. He didn't admit he understood Alan's explanation: New math.
Do not think of ways to say, Good Bye. Rather say, 'Till we meet again. We will always love you John.'
