Obituary of Clare Desautels

Clare Desautels, 88, of Sabin Street, Putnam, died Friday at the Matulaitis Nursing Home in Putnam. She was the wife of the late Raymond Desautels, he died in 1988. She was born February 12, 1920 in Putnam, daughter of the late Walter and Stella (Decatur) Carey. She had made her home in Putnam all of her life, a communicant of ST Mary Church of the Visitation in Putnam. She leaves a son Gerald Desautels and his wife Judy of Clermont, Florida; grandaughters Jane Magliocchetti of Clermont and Jennifer Duffy of Clermont, five great grandchildren Francesca, Luciano and Giovanni Magliocchetti, Tyler and Casey Duffy. The Funeral will be Monday at 10:30 AM from the Smith & Walker Funeral Home, 148 Grove Street, Putnam, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM at ST Mary Church of the Visitation, 218 Providence Street, Putnam. A calling hour will be Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial in Grove Street Cemetery, Putnam.
