Obituary of Martha E. Gaumond

Martha E. Gaumond, 73, of Maple Street, Danielson, formerly of North Grosvenordale, died Wednesday December 10, 2008 at the Pierce Memorial Baptist Home in Brooklyn. She was the beloved wife of 54 years of Richard M. Gaumond. She was born October 4, 1935 in Apollo, PA, daughter of the late George and Dorothy (Cogley) Wiser. She had made her home in Danielson since 2001, moving from North Grosvenordale where she had made her home for many years. She enjoyed camping, sightseeing and had bowled many years at the Mohegan Lanes in Webster. he worked for over 20 years at the Guardian Glass in Webster as an inspector and five years for Pallflex in Putnam. She will be remembered as a loving wife, mother and grandmother. In addition to her husband Richard, she leaves her daughters: Barbara Girard of SC; Susan Colley of Putnam; Brenda Bennett of North Grosvenordale; Diana Gaumond of NY, brothers: Leroy Wiser of PA, William Wiser of PA, sisters: Evelyn Caldron of Putnam; Janet Barnes of Plainfield; Ruth Alman, of PA; Helen Reefer of PA, three grandsons.
