Mattieu,
I was so sorry to hear of the death of your father. I will always have fond memories of him and my first job at the Vernon Styles Inn. He had a wonderful sense of humor as he sent many of us looking for "oven strechters" and "elbow grease". He was truly a talented chef and very special person.
Sincerely,
Jacqueline (Carroll) Chlapowski
