We have been told the legend of the Three West Medway Marions over and over during our lives. They called themselves "Clarkie", "Snubs" and "Mildge". Marion Saunders was Snubs and she also lived to 96. She passed away Nov. 23, 2009. Her sister, Ruth, her parents and grandparents are all buried in Evergreen Cemetary. Her ashes will be scattered at sea Dec. 12th.
I am very pleased to have known Marion and to have shared some of her pleasant memories of life, her wisdom, and of course, the assistance she gave me in "crossword puzzles". A dear lady and cherished friend. My thoughts and prayers are with her and her family. Love, Mary Ann
Aunt Marion will be missed greatly by me. I will always remember her warm smile, and her happness that she brought to the family. I will miss the notes she use to write to me dearly. I am thankful that she was in my life, and that I got to say goodbye to her. Aunt Marion I love you very much, and will miss you.
