I met Bev at church. I met her through her sister Dottie and her brother-in-law Jim. I know Dottie and Jim loved her dearly and I do wish I could have known her better.
The solace I can give is the same that I comfort myself with regarding my own mother’s death when I was nine. I did not have the chance to know my mother or Bev well, but I do know God’s character. As I read His word, He is a God FULL of grace and mercy. He loves all people and He is just. Though I may not have known Bev well, God certainly did. That is all I need to know. That a God full of grace and mercy knew her! I know Dottie, Jim, and James miss her dearly. I pray for my friends as they mourn their great loss.
