Blanche, where do I start you were as far as I'm concerned a grandmother figure to us. We had so many long late night visits . Any time I needed to talk you listened and gave a warm smile and hug without even judging us whether we were in the wrong or right it never mattered.
You always spoiled us with things whether it was something in your house or food .
If you knew we liked something you never let us leave empty handed even if we insisted you didn't need to give us anything you never took no for an answer.
One thing you did give us though that we could never replace is your gift of love and friendship... Sorry I couldn't say goodbye to you I hope you understand that I wanted to I just couldn't bear the pain of seeing you knowing it be my last time and not being able bring you back to us.
Thanks for letting us into your faimliy we miss you so much and hope to grow older and be just as generous and loving as you were to us... Your children and & grandchildren were lucky to have had you so many years ...
We love you always & forever "Grandma Blanche" from your special kids, Alicia & Jared

You were the best mother in law that any one could ever ask for but more than that you were a true and forever friend...you never judged and you treated us all with more love and respect than we could have ever asked for...I say to you, thank you for being you and giving us the lessons that you shared with us every single day. I will use those lessons to be a better person and think of you every single day..I miss you and love you..

Mom, saying goodbye is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. You always loved us unconditionally, I hope that I can share the same love and compassion with my children that you shared with us.
Thank you for being the best Grandmother ever to Chad and Holly, they developed a love and bond with you that will live on forever.
You told me just days before you left us that you "LOVED ME WITH ALL OF YOUR HEART-MORE THAN I WILL EVER KNOW"
and as I told you then and now. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE AND REMEMBER YOU.
Thank you for being my MOM.

To the family of Blanche Lamothe:
My deepest sympathy to you. I met Blanche while she had a stay at Westview Healthcare Center, Dayville CT. I became very close to her during her stay. I will always remember her bright smile each and everytime I entered her room. She had a warm way of saying "Hello" to me as I started my shift. She was always happy to see me come on. She would say to me "Oh I am so glad to see you and glad you are on tonight" She would always love to show off her family who visited daily. She was very proud of all of them and she would talk to me about them alot. My most precious time with Blanche was just before she would go to sleep at night. No matter if she were my patient for the night or not, on my wing or not, I would go into her room and give her a hug and kiss on the cheek and tell her I loved her because I really did. I hoped I would have seen her again.
Please accept my deepest sympathy for your Mom, Memere and Great Memere. Blanche will be missed my me and many others.
I love you Blanche. XOXOXO
