I was very sad to hear that Lou had passed. We were great friends for many years. It was a pleasure working for Lou and one of his best friends Gil Morse. They are together in heaven. Mr. Arnold was a true gentleman. I always admired his dedication to Putnam Savings and his genteel attitude toward those had reason to do business there. He was truly the consumate banker.
