My memories of "memere" will never be forgotten. She made me feel like she was my own real grandmother with her understanding, love and just feeling comfortable being around with her. She definetly had a wonderful sence of humor and a great personality, that will be deeply missed not just by myself but others who have been caring for her up to her last days at Westview. I'm sorry to see her go, but the memory of her will live on forever. God bless you, mem! xoxo

I remember her as a loving mother, grandmother, and greatgrandmother who loved everyone. We use to kid each other about being tough frenchmem (of course I know that should have been frenchwomen). She will be missed, but we sure all have great memories that will stay with us for the rest of our time. God bless you Mrs. C and keep your eyes on all of us down here.

Goodbye Memere, thank you for so many memories and being such a wonderful grandmother. Remember picking blueberries on Duck Pond Lane and walking to Harney's for candy and comic books? Cape Cod was so much fun with you! And "Memere rice" was the best!! I loved to come visit with you, bring a pizza, introduce Lisa and my kids, and bring Cody to see you. Lisa has always honored and admired the love you have brought to the family and how much everyone loves - and will miss - you. We love you very much! Love, Chris, Lisa, Kristin, Matthew, and Cody

You dont know how beautiful you are if your eyes could see the love that was in your heart. You would know, what everybody sees that beautiful is all that you could be. What did i feel or think was true i cant remember before loving you. Youve shown me all that love can be. As beautiful as your are you still amaze me. I LOVE YOU.

I just want to say it was a pleasure caring for Memee C. at the home. She was a funny lady. I will remember her funny faces and comments she made while I was caring for her. She was my little mashed potato lady, loved the mass on ch. 27, had to have her religious pins placed on her dresses just so, and so much more. I am glad she is at peace. We'll miss her. Love you Memee C.

I'll always remember this past summer with Mem... I had a new boyfriend, and our first date was to go visit her... She always gave the best advice and always told me she knew what i was up to, even when i wasnt even up to anything... but i remember how she told my mom "HE PUT HIS ARM AROUND HER... LIFTED HIS ARM RIGHT UP AND WRAPPED IT AROUND HER... I THINK THEY KISSED." My mom said.. Well Mem, he does take care of her... and she'd just smile and say she liked his eyes. Then we'd go to leave, and she'd be like "Come here blue eyes, and give me a kiss...", and he would, he'd walk right over and do it. We'd go to leave, and she'd be like "Dont do anything your mother wont like..." She used to say... "Take care of him, he treats you right, he'll be a good husband, and hes handsome". She always told me that "hes the one, you'll marry him someday." I know that I'll definatly never forget those times, because she accepted him right into the family... and she liked him so much... she called him "handsome and good-looking"... She had the best sense of humor, and we used to argue over who was better, Uconn or Tennessee. I know she loved my homecoming dress from last year, I wish she would have gotten to see me get ready for prom, but its okay, shes watching over us. She lived a long, and awesome life... and she was the best lady ever... i know she changed my life, and i wont ever forget her. I will miss those saturday night nursing home visits, and even when she lived at home... Its going to be so different, but im glad that i got to spend my whole summer with her, i was there basically every night... and im glad she got to meet Ryan, because she had so much fun with him... and i know he'll miss her terribly... She was the best lady, i'll miss her.
