I would like to extend my deepest sympathy to the family on the loss of your mother. Growing up in Pomfret, I have fond memories of her and your dad. They treated all the neighborhood children as if they were their own. My prayers are with you.

We all fell in love with Edna while she was here at Seely-Brown Village. Her quick wit and wicked sense of humor put alot of smiles on our residents faces every day. She would often sing along with the music we played in the lounge. The hits from the 40's were her favorites. On good days she danced while she sang. At Christmas she would walk the hallways with the carolers who came to sing for us, singing right along with the girl scouts. We all missed Edna when she moved to Matulaitis and were all sad to hear of her passing. She was a woman who was well respected and admired. God bless you Edna!
