I knew Don Weidman as a neighbor in Woodstock and as a professor at Nichols College. I took over Lucy Davis's position in the faculty office when she retired in 1975 and was there until 1982 when I got my degree. Prof. Weidman was always a soft-spoken and kind professor; a real gentleman. I'm thankful for the years of his service to our country and for his influence on so many students.
