My sister and I were saddened to hear that Marjorie Janes had passed away. Our mother, Jeannette Truman lived in Woodstock, CT for many years and knew ‘Re’ from Scranton’s Shops. Mom admired her many talents snd hobbies, especially her weaving- her hand towels were beautiful and popular! Marjorie was generous and caring and very active in the local area. She was a good friend to our mother.
