My heart goes out to all that knew what a wonderful person that Dick was. He always remembered to send a Christmas card and birthday wishes!! I was so sad to hear of his passing. I have so many fond memories of him at Kaman and will miss him very much. Hope he is with Elaine, the love of his life!!

My heart felt condolences to Kevin, Scott & Pamela, all grandchildren and extended family, for their Loss.
Known Edward (Dick & Elaine) for 50 years.
My Dad would bring me to visit them when they lived in Putnam “on the Hill, I would say” as a kid.
Had the pleasure to work with Dick for 30 years in Moosup & Jacksonville. Learned much from Dick in the work place and while they were in Fernandina Beach, Elaine & I would shop.
Elaine & Dick were a great pair in the kitchen cooking and I spent few memorial Christmas dinners & Vino with them both.
It warms my heart to know that Dick is with Elaine again.
I will always miss them both.
Till we meet again,
Holly Miller

My sincere condolences to the family of Edward Bianchi. I worked with dick at Kaman Aerospace for over 20 years he always seemed to have a smile on his face no matter what was going on at work. Any time we spoke it was always about the Yankees new players old players and who is going to win the pennant. You will be deeply missed by all your friends.

Dick has been a friend of my husband's since the days at Kaman. He always had a smile and a funny thing to say. He so loved his family. We would ask him to go out with us and his answer usually was, "I am going to watch _____ play some kind of ball. He became a very close friend of mine as my husband would go to Westerly Beach and sit with Dick while me and the girls went swimming. Then we would come up and Dick had his Coors Light with my husband. He will be missed by everyone who knew him. I am sure that he is finally happy as he is with his "darling Elaine". God bless him.

To Pep,
I will forever cherish every moment I had with you; every horoscope you read to me each morning, every sports game you attended, every can we returned, every tomato we had to pick because we couldn’t control them and so many more. The memories you left us with will live on forever.. my leg especially after you scrubbed it with a Mr. Clean eraser leaving me with 3rd degree burns. I wish I had the chance to make you that “spiral” pasta you talked about. I already miss those cute ears and car rides you didn’t know how to properly brake. Ill miss listening to you try to pronounce any type of word or calling people “sick puppies” but best of all when you texted me “lol” after every message. You always told me which cruise was the best and I can’t wait to try them out one day. I’m not sure who will take over the poison ivy control in our backyard now, you always did it best. Saturday mornings will be quiet at the house now, your lack of hearing (very loud voice) won’t be there to vibrate the walls. You always supported all my adventurous ideas. Even when I wanted to learn about Florida tornados which gave me nightmares. A day won’t go by where I won’t think of you, try not to cause too much havoc up there. I hope you get all the pistachio ice cream and back rubs.
I love you so much pep, forever & always!
“For you, anything”

I am saddened to hear of my cousin “Richard “s passing. we caught up a few years ago at the doctors office and were determined to get a family reunion together. Richard s dad Emelio and my mother Olga Bianchi, were brother and sister. I wish we had stayed connected over the years but it was not to be. One by of my fondest memories of my cousin was when he took us fishing. I was about 10 and he about 19. He helped me bait a double hook and within minutes we reeled in two , not one but two horn pouts. I have never forgotten that day. My sincerest condolences to his family and hopefully someday we can connect and share our family’s heritage.

To the family of Ed Bianchi..I am very sorry for your loss..I sat in the seat in back of your father at St. Marys Church and we would converse back and forth especially when the Yankees played the Red Sox. Your father was a great person and he will be greatly missed.

Uncle Dick,
I miss your laugh and your stories and your compassion for your family! I’ll never forget our family get togethers, cookouts, echo lake camping, stories about you, uncle Hank and dad fishing. When you and dad were together it was always an Adventure. I cannot thank you enough for your friendship to dad. You kept him going. You stood by him and was always there to help. I will always remember the stack of garlic in the refrigerator and the crab picking stories. I was always nervous when you guys went crabbing never knowing what else happened besides catching the crabs. I heard about all the crabs but never actually got to taste any since you would come home and enjoy your catch’s. We loved when you stopped over dads because we would hear about our cousins and all your grandkids. Your kind heart, stories and memories will always stay with us forever.
