Cousin Anne and Paul:
I am so sorry to hear about Aunt Mazie's passing. My whole life, I grew up with her and you guys right next door. It just doesn't seem real that it has happened. Growing up as a kid, going over to see "Aunt Mazie" was the next best thing to candy. My best memories of Aunt Mazie were one I was in my early teens, I used to sit on the porch with Aunt Mazie in the summer during rain and thunderstorms. She was always in her lawn chair reading a book, and I would come out and sit in a chair and we would talk about family, friends, school, etc. You guys are family and I love you both, my condolences go out to the both of you. If you ever need anything, please get a hold of me.---Love---J.J.

She was my Aunt and she was special. I was her nephew and the son of her brother, Gerald F. Locker, Sr.I never saw her as much as I wanted to and my memories came about from quick visits and the occasional telephone call or a short letter now and then. She is missed by her children and my cousins.

She was the youngest of the Locker family and she was my Aunt. I pray she is where she should be...with her husband, whom she loved very much.

Dearest Anne,
You have my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your Mother. I understand the feeling all too well.
I have the fondest memories of Sunday school mornings. I will always remember how softly your Mother spoke to me. I also remember the times your Mother would visit my Mother when we were small. Those were such happy times when life seemed easier. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Most Sincerely, Dori

I will always remember this wonderful friendly loving woman. I remember as a child to my young adolesent years all the visits our families had together. She always took the time to talk and laugh with us. Many of our times in church with plays, bible study were always that much more fun with her there because she made us feel so good about ourselves How she enjoyed the younger crowd! She loved to laugh and her smile was so warm and inviting. She loved her family and people could see that.

Ann & Family:
So very sorry to hear about your Mom. I just found out today 2/6. I can speak for my whole family in saying we remember her very fondly. Dad and Mom would pack us all up for a visit to your house. And how much fun we had, your Mom was so accomodating for such a large family of 6 children coming for a visit.
My Dad and Mom were very fond of your Mom, what a sweet woman. My all the memories you shared help you in your time of sorrow. (Our Mom's passed the same year).
God Bless you all
Sincerely,
Amy (Flagg)Hilton and all the Flagg Family

I have grown up living on the side of my aunt my entire life. She owned the duplex in which I was raised in. My most fond memory of my aunt was her talent for baking. I can remember me going over there and visiting with her and her favorite cat, Erv while she loved feeding me and my brother delicious treats. My favorite was her chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, yummy! Even though I have not seen her in several yrs the many great memories of my aunt will stay with me for the rest of my life.
